Shipping:

Due to the sensitive nature of the product all orders are shipped by USPS - Priority Post.

Shipping to destinations in continental United States is automatically calculated by our shopping cart. We do not charge any handling fees. You will be contacted by our staff for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and other non-continental U.S. destinations.

Our staff will contact you for all orders of 11 pounds and over.

For all our clients outside the U.S.: All payments will be processed in US currency US Funds. Any fees or exchange rates applied to your account is applied by your tender.

Refunds:

We cannot issue refunds or exchange on any edible items once shipped. Edibles not yet shipped may be exchanged for other merchandise. Non-edibles (such as lunch boxes, etcetera) may be returned for exchange, providing they are unused and in good condition. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility.

Regrettably, shipping charges and return shipping can only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.

Refunds will be processed in the manner in which you paid.
